Review seblak (Craetive writing)
Who doesn’t know seblak? seblak is the most delicious food for me, seblak it's basically a soup that is identical to the taste of aromatic ginger, but in Indonesian it's called kencur, and usually they have boiling crackers as the basic complement. i’ve been trying almost every seblak near my house and there is no seblak as good as seblak lembur bandung yang ada di jl.pagedangan, bsd ini.
This seblak lembur bandung has a distinctive taste because it uses boiled chicken broth as the base of the soup, which makes the seblak even more delicious. Besides that they also have a lot of side dishes, like noodles, kwetiaw, macaroni, vegetables, and much more. We can also add toppings like chicken feet, bones, chicken that have slightly meat, meatball, dumpling, and many more. My favorite toppings are chicken feet because it has a chewy texture. and if you don’t really like aromatic ginger this place is for you, because their aromatic ginger is not that strong.
Seblak lembur bandung also have other menu which is bakso aci, but i never tried it before, and i think its delicious too because they also use the boiled chicken broth as the base of the soup. and in this place you can dine in or take away, i recommend both but if you don’t really enjoying eat in the street food, take away is the best choices.
As seblak lovers i really recommend this place for you guys, beside they have distinctive taste, they have friendly prices too.
